Little bit about Matt

I was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. I went to West Valley school (when it was quite a bit smaller, we played touch football on the playground where the new front office is located) I graduated from Flathead High School and went on received a BA from the University of Montana. I am a Flathead/Montana boy through and through. Whitefish Mountain resort will always be Big Mountain to me and I also know where you are talking about when you say you have to run to the Blue Building to renew your plates. 

Many of us have watched tremendous change here in our valley as well as across our state. I don't blame anyone for moving here as this is the best place on earth to work, live, & play. But as the inevitable growth and subsequent change takes place in our great state we must be vigilant to protect what makes Montana so great.
